Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph28 ("ph28," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the ph28 online casino platform accessible at ph28.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ph28 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change. ph28 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ph28 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your ph28 account on your behalf.

ph28 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any violation of these Terms.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, ph28 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ph28 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at ph28's discretion.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

The following general conditions apply to all ph28 bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

Game Rules & Fair Play

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph28 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

ph28 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate their concern to the relevant regulatory authority.
